Hi, I’m Karly! I’m a licensed occupational therapist and founder of Joyful Roots OT. I provide in-home occupational therapy and parent coaching, helping children and families thrive in ways that feel meaningful and manageable for everyday life.
My approach is connection and play based, neurodiversity affirming, and tailored to each child’s unique needs.

In-Home Occupational Therapy
I work directly with your family and child in their home environment to build skills, confidence, and independence through play- and connection-based strategies. Together, we create routines and activities that fit your family’s life, so progress feels natural and sustainable.
Caregiver Coaching
I guide and support you as the expert in your child’s life, helping you understand their needs and feel confident using practical, neurodiversity-affirming strategies. Coaching is a partnership—we work together to navigate challenges, celebrate wins, and build a home and community environment where your child can thrive.
